PC fair!

Went to the PIKOM PC fair at KLCC Convention Centre yesterday with my dad.

There is only one word to describe it.
AWESOME.

(besides other words such as...crowded...and...hot...)

This is my first pc fair and it wasn't at all how i expected it to be. It was much better. For starters the place was huge. About 6-7 halls filled with pc gadgets and gizmos. Each hall bigger than my house. lol.

This is my first time taking LTR to KLCC and I realised it was actually quite near tomy college. Not like I would ever spend RM 1.60 on a trip to a place where everything is charged at exorbitant prices. But its just good to know.
Initially my main reason for going was to get a pendrive (yeah lame I know), which I did manage to grab just before we left. A 4GB Kingston for RM30. Not too bad a deal I hope? I couldn't keep my eyes off the Razer and Steelseries mice! Incase anyone here isn't a gameholic or a pc guru...Razer is a professional gaming gear manufacturer who specialises in creating high end gaming mice, keyboards, and audio equipment for pro-gamers and casual gamers alike. Steelseries is simply the market contender xD
Anywayz, here are some of the mice that caught my attention.

Razer Imperator

Razer Naga.

Razer Mamba

Razer Krait

These are some steelseries mice. Price is much lower than Razer but not as cool looking I guess :)

Awesome keyboard...Built specifically for FPS and MMO games alike.

Memories of 1D...

Sebastian, Yong Kok, Wee Chien and I...

Its been awhile since this old gang of 1D DotArds got together. 5 years to be precise. Ever since we kinda lost touch after form 2 and we went our seperate classes :(

Chance came last week when I bumped into Sebastian and his cousin at the LRT ticket counter in KL cetral! And amazingly he still recognized me! I almost had difficulty spotting him...since his face was half covered by his fringy hair now xD

So we planned a movie date with the 2 other buddies YK and Wee Chien (A.K.A Pisang). Which was last Sunday at JJ, where we watched Clash OF The Titans... pretty good show with a decent story line to go with some cool CG scenes. Zues looked waaaay cooler here than in Percy Jackson. Overall...not bad for a MSN rated 1 start show...lmao xD

Oh yeah, lunch was a perfect opportunity to catch up on each others lives. Turns out, all 3 of them were doing the same course-Diploma in Accounting- in the same class! Which made me the only left out guy :( anywayz we talked about YK's relationship status...a somewhat complicated mess he made with a girl on msn... mentioning it only caused him to go emo...a thing only Sebastian can cure xD

Right after the movie we went to Sinonet...but what the hell? It was closed for renovation till 20th April. It looked as if they we're linking 5 shops together into a giant CC lol. Thus we hopped across the street to "The Three Muskateers" CC. A weird CC with built-in DotA maphacks in every single computer. Just about every game we played there was about ganking junglers and being mysteriously ganked to death everytime. Ah...the thrill of playing a dota game with 9 other hackers -.-!

Well right after that we went home lol...couldn't bear playing with people Amoeba standard sportsmanship. Tortured Sebastians driving skills along the way too xD Regretfully no one took any pictures of this outing...Thus only in our memories it shall remain, till next time :)

Kay I guess thats all for my short update. Gtg class now. Ciaoz

overdue, thus, not overdone XD

This post is way overdue its deadline of before CNY! Too many distractions and unfortunate events happened along the road of making this post come true.
Here are some just to name a few~
1) my previous attempt to post this post failled when the computer lab pc crashed.
2) i ended up losing everything including the pics and the words too. (thankfully Kim had a backup of these pics...else I'd be screwed~bla~)
3) blame UCpro for sucking up most of my free time
4) guitar teacher demands 1 new song every week. gg~
5) my dad is stalking my blog. My prior trust in his respect for my privacy is very much regreted. New security measures are now in place.

THUS, I shall not fill in the details of this date. That is best left for these picture to describe :)

picture post!

10th date and our first Christmas together!

MERRY CHRISTMAS
EVERYBODY!

And this is no doubt one of my merriest Christmases in eighteen years!
because me and Kim got to spend the whole day together at our good ol' Sunway Carn mall!
PS: If anyone is near penang at the moment I highly recommend you visit there! Great decorations and you might get to catch a full day of performances such as caroling, magic and solos live on stage! As well as some "snow" :) Overall, Sunway makes for the perfect couple hang out spot for those of you who are in the mood to share some Christmas warmth with your loved one!

What Christmas would be complete without a Christmas carol? Got Hokien song too wei!!!

Nope, thats not dandruff on our heads...those white little fluffs are bubbly snow~~

To brighten things up a notch, we watched Alvin and the Chipmunks (and chippettes)
A surprisingly kiddy show that manage to make me go awwww and googoo over it lol! Theodore is just so cute! XD

Oh yeah and she gave me this really really awesome and cute and cuddly hand made pillow which she made herself as a christmas present!!! OMGosh I'm so in love with it right now! It looked awfully difficult to make lol... I know my present can never match the one she gave me :( but I hope you do like it :D
Ps: Kim you HAVE TO update those pics for me! plz plz plz!!! I want people to see! :D

Oh you did it! Thx!
Erm...Oh yeah guess what Christmas turkey dinner we had? Rasamas percik half chicken lol...Which wasn't so bad actually...affordable and better than chicken rice shop in my opinion :)

Anyway I'm really looking forward to our next date and Christmas together...

I miss you so muuuuuuchhhieeee :(:(:(

photographing is under charged by kim =D
hope you like it dear <3

Avatar vs. Princess XD

And the winner is...

AVATAR!!!

No offense to Princess fans out there.. but just incase, I'l give some credit to Princess by saying its not a bad family show :)
Well I won't call it a bad show for other movie goers if your looking a a typical happy ending Disney cartoon ( except for one firefly). But to me it was too much song and dance and merry making, plot dragging scenes. Maybe that's what all children's movies are suppose to look like nowadays, but I guess I've grown out of it :(
It may be a fascinating fact for some of you that I HAVE actually reached puberty?

Anyway, defamation isn't my forte, so lets just move on to Avatar. Here are some posters and pictures which i think portray parts of the plot best.

Jake Sully "driving" his Avatar.
He embodies an alien native from the planet Pandora in hopes of learning from the native alien race - the Na'Vi, while carrying out his actual mission of evacuating them from an impending doom brought forth by an even deadlier alien race from Earth - the Humans.

He befriends a Na'Vi-Neytiri, who teaches him their way of life on this strange planet where one and everything is connected in an intricate "network" of life energy.

They fall in love.

Conflict - Humans destroy the Na'Vi village in search of the precious metal- "unobtanium". Jake Sully is now faced with the dilemma of choosing sides.
Problem - He has 2 bodies but only can only control one at a time.
He struggles to find where his heart truly lies.

With the Na'Vi! XD

Ikrans fighting the human invaders.

Neytiri charging into battle.

Storm the front!!!

Final battle between Neytiri, Jake, and the evil human commander.

Okay thats it for spoilers from me! XD
If you are a fan of alien+sci-fi+fantasy+romance+tree huggers,
by all means,
WATCH THE DAMN MOVIE!
--------------------------------------------------------
Haha...
So anyway, both movies were made special since this was actually our 9th date...
Except for the complete LACK of privacy XD

Sadly, time was also an issue... as well as my nagging hunger...
We parted pretty quickly, and frustratingly too...
but anyway not without grabbing a chance to snap a few pics in a camwhore box! XP
I guess this is where I leave my blog for Kim to do her thing :)

Come on babeh!!! XD

The guy wasn't using any microphones or amplifiers and the whole hall could hear him.
:)
Will upload his videos later.
